Legal Information

Everything that governs this website and explains how its figures were produced, in one place.

TradeAMW (referred to on this site as AMW) operates this website and enters into client agreements. TradeAMW provides automated, rules-based trading software and trade-management services to a limited number of private clients on an individually arranged basis, rather than as a public offering or general solicitation. It currently serves clients in the United States and select international jurisdictions, who trade broker-issued S&P 500 index products (shown by brokers as US500 or SPX500) through supported brokers. TradeAMW is not a broker, custodian, or investment fund: each client's account is opened and held in the client's own name at the client's chosen broker, and TradeAMW never holds, withdraws, or transfers client funds. The scope of services, the trading authority granted, and the registrations, exemptions, or limitations that apply to each client relationship are set out in full in that client's written agreement before anything goes live.

AMW currently operates through a single supported broker, which provides the trading connection and the fee accounting. Broker support refers to AMW's ability to connect, configure, and operate the strategy on a broker's platform. It is not an endorsement of the broker, a statement about the broker's regulatory status, or a guarantee of the broker's services. Account opening remains subject to the broker's own approval and to the client's location. Clients should perform their own review of any broker before opening and funding an account.
